  We picked up our range on Oct. 18th. The product was wrapped poorly, and not surprisingly when we opened it, the glass cook top was cracked! Up till today, we called and emailed, couldn't get a manager to contact us - though the staff said the Manager would call us back almost a week now. We bought extended warranty, and is this the 100% protection a customer supposed to get? As a customer we want a solution to our problem! Where is Brick's commitment on a pleasant shopping experience? So far nothing is pleasant about our experience!
